A Dining Experience Like No Other
Step into an intimate setting at Wild Shropshire Restaurant, where each dining experience is a journey into the heart of local, sustainable cuisine. Whether it’s a special celebration, a private gathering, or a simple desire for quality, we offer an immersive and unforgettable atmosphere. Here, our menu is revealed only at the end of your meal, allowing you to fully savour the surprise of each micro-seasonal dish as it arrives. Every course reflects the landscape, foraged or grown just miles from the restaurant, making every visit truly extraordinary and unique.

Prepayment
We require full payment for food at time of booking, all bookings are non refundable.
If you need to move your booking you can do with 72 hours notice. We will move the reservation for you or issue a gift voucher to the value of your booking.
The full tasting menu costs £95 per person for the restaurant and £130 per person for The Kitchen Counter.
Guests dining in the restaurant now also have the option to extend their menu to match the Kitchen Counter experience for an additional £25 per person. Please note that due to the complexity of this extended menu, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements for this option.

We do not apply a service charge to tables of 4 and under. However we do add a 15% service charge to tables of 5+ as we need an extra member of staff to work these services. The 15% charge is on both food & drinks.

Dietary Restrictions
We offer meat, vegetarian, and pescatarian menus.

Due to the size and nature of our kitchen, we’re unable to cater for gluten, soy, or dairy-free diets, or for severe allergies, as we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

We can often accommodate mild intolerances, nut allergies, or religious restrictions (such as avoiding certain meats), but we ask that you contact our Bookings Manager, Jo, at bookings@wildshropshire.net before making a reservation to discuss your requirements.

We can only accommodate dietary needs if we are informed at the time of booking, or at least three days prior to your reservation.
Arrival Time Information
To improve the attention we can give to each table, from September 2025 we will be offering a choice of time slots between 6.30 & 7.30pm.
So our service runs smoothly we kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your booked time slot. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to tell you to come back later on or if you are more than 30 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund.
Our phone line & email are not monitored after 5pm each day once we are prepped for service.

Please arrive by 11:50 latest.
Lunch starts at 12:00.
