Note: While the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, our washrooms are not suitable for those with limited ability. Please contact us for any further information.

Can I visit the Farm/Lab?

At the moment, our farm and lab aren’t open to the public - but we’re working on it! As we continue to grow and develop, we hope to welcome guests in the future to explore the heart of what we do. Stay tuned for updates, and in the meantime, you can experience the flavours of our farm on your plate when you dine with us.

What time can I arrive?

We’re ready to welcome you from 18:30 for aperitifs, and we kindly ask all guests to arrive by 18:50 so we can start our dinner service promptly at 19:00.

For lunch, service begins at 12:30, but if you’d like to relax with a drink beforehand, we open the doors at 12:00.

We look forward to greeting you soon!

Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

We can accommodate a range of dietary needs, but due to the size and nature of our kitchen, we are unfortunately unable to cater for gluten/wheat, soy, or dairy allergies. We also cannot offer a fully lactose-free menu at this time.

We can happily cater for vegetarian guests, but we kindly ask that you notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking. If we’re not informed until the day of your meal, some courses may need to be omitted. For pescatarian diets, we may offer a vegetarian menu if there are supply challenges with fish. We recommend pre-booking if you have specific dietary preferences, as we only offer a meat-inclusive menu by default.

Looking ahead, we’re working towards offering vegetarian-only evenings with vegan options, so stay tuned for that! Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any concerns or special dietary needs—we’re happy to help where we can!

What will I eat?

We operate a blind tasting menu, where every dish is a surprise, designed to showcase the best seasonal ingredients available. While the menu is set, we’ll do our best to accommodate any specific dietary requirements—just let us know when booking.

For a sneak peek at what to expect, you can view a sample menu.

Can I bring my dog?

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow dogs (except for medical assistance dogs) to dine with us. This is due to our open kitchen, where we prioritise maintaining a safe and clean environment. We appreciate your understanding!

What drinks do you have?

Our drinks menu is curated to complement our food philosophy - focusing on what's best in the moment. We offer an ever-changing selection that highlights natural, organic, biodynamic, and regenerative viticulture, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and quality. Alongside our main drinks list, we also offer a selection of drinks flights, available on the day for you to choose from. These curated flights are designed to enhance your dining experience, allowing you to explore new flavors and pairings.

We are proud to have received the Silver Award for Sustainability on the Star Wine List in 2024 and to have been nominated for Sustainable Wine List of the Year. To get a taste of what we offer, you can preview a sample of our pairings or explore our full drinks list.

We warmly welcome children to dine with us, as long as they are enjoying our tasting menu. Please note that we do not offer a separate children’s menu. We trust our guests to decide if their child is ready to enjoy the full experience and be respectful of other diners. For the best experience, we recommend children be 5 years or older for lunch and 11 years or older for dinner.
